WORK FLOW

I. Analysis of the current system:

Main focus of the management system to be installed is laid out via detecting the ongoing system,uncovering formal/informal mechanisms,identifying the texture of corporate culture.

II. Quality Management System Formation Planning

After analizing the current system and identifying the needs and expectations of the corporation, a deadline plan is created in order to uncover the most efficient system as fast as possible.This plan is constantly revised and updated if needed.

III. Training Services:

All staff is trained about spesifications,purpose and functioning of the system. In addition to this, training needed for all relevant staff is planned and delivered

 IV. Establishment of Quality Management System:

System is builded within the process that involves the steps of organisation,coordination, application and internal-check. System is set up according to corparation's own dynamics with participation of all the staff that will manage and oparate the system. Internal checks are constantly conducted and reported to senior management.

 V. Licensing:
